These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the website located at www.isleandatlas.com (the "Website") and the travel advisory services offered under the Isle & Atlas brand.
Isle & Atlas is a trade name used by an independent travel advisor affiliated with Fora Travel, Inc. References to "Isle & Atlas," "Advisor," "we," or "us" refer to the advisor operating under the Isle & Atlas brand.
By accessing this Website or engaging Isle & Atlas's services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Role of Isle & Atlas Isle & Atlas acts solely as a travel advisor and booking agent on behalf of the traveler.
Isle & Atlas does not own, operate, manage, or control any airline, hotel, cruise line, tour operator, or other travel service provider.
All travel services are provided by independent third-party suppliers.
Isle & Atlas acts only as an intermediary to arrange travel services at the traveler's request.
All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable travel supplier.
2. Affiliation with Fora Travel Isle & Atlas operates as an independent advisor affiliated with Fora Travel, Inc. ("Fora").
Fora provides booking technology, supplier access, and payment processing infrastructure.
Credit card information and payments are processed and stored within Fora's secure systems.
Fora is not the traveler's advisor and is not responsible for advisory services provided under the Isle & Atlas brand.
3. Planning Fees & Refund Policy Isle & Atlas charges planning and curation fees for hotel and travel advisory services.
Planning fees vary based on the complexity and scope of the traveler's request.
Planning fees are fully refundable if the traveler books travel through Isle & Atlas within thirty (30) days of delivery of the curated proposal or travel deck.
If the traveler does not book through Isle & Atlas within this period, the planning fee becomes non-refundable.
Isle & Atlas reserves the right to waive planning fees at its sole discretion.
Planning fees are separate from supplier charges, deposits, or penalties.
4. Payments, Authorization & Chargebacks
Many travel bookings involve card-not-present transactions.
By providing credit card information verbally, electronically, or in writing, the traveler authorizes Isle & Atlas and/or Fora to charge the card for approved travel services, fees, taxes, and supplier-imposed charges.
The traveler acknowledges that charges may occur at a later date, including deposits, balances, change fees, or cancellation penalties.
Credit card information is stored and processed within Fora's secure systems, not by Isle & Atlas.
Travelers agree not to initiate chargebacks for authorized charges. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in responsibility for related fees, penalties, or losses.
5. Cancellations, Changes & Supplier Responsibility
All cancellations, changes, refunds, and penalties are governed exclusively by the individual travel supplier's policies.
Isle & Atlas is not responsible for supplier schedule changes, service failures, insolvency, or acts or omissions of third-party providers.
Travelers are responsible for reviewing all confirmations and travel documents upon receipt.
6. Force Majeure Isle & Atlas shall not be liable for any delay, loss, damage, injury, or expense resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Acts of God or weather conditions
Pandemics, epidemics, or public health emergencies
Government actions, advisories, or travel restrictions
Labor disputes or strikes
Supplier insolvency or service failures
Civil unrest, terrorism, or security-related events
Travel involves inherent risks, which travelers voluntarily assume.
7. Traveler Responsibilities Travelers are responsible for:
Providing accurate personal and payment information
Ensuring compliance with passport, visa, health, and entry requirements
Obtaining appropriate travel insurance (strongly recommended)
Isle & Atlas is not responsible for losses resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the traveler.
8. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Isle & Atlas shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Any liability shall be limited to the planning fees paid directly to Isle & Atlas.
9. Intellectual Property All content on this Website, including text, branding, logos, and materials, is owned by or licensed to Isle & Atlas and may not be used without prior written permission.
10. Governing Law & Venue These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
11. Updates to These Terms Isle & Atlas may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
